Co Developer Licenses Now Open
We are inviting Co Developers to get your licenses now
so they can file the patents, as these need to be filed in your countries, before
December 2010 in order for you to have the patents granted for your own use. Those planning
to get patents should get licenses as soon as possible.
We believe that using Test Site engine build ups
would be good as training exercises so your people can get valuable hands on training to bring
back to your facility.
This will also help determine who you will license within your
area and how to train them to manufacture engines, as well

Company Stockholders Open House.
NOTICE: CHANGE OF DATE: Due to medical problems with our Chinese Co Developer
that requires a operation and recovery we have moved this back two weeks.
Stockholders and Board members are invited to an "open house" during the
week of August 5th to see what we do and how we "bring up" a new engine with the next generation
of changes and parts in them.
During this week we will present the working document for our formal
"business plan" so we can discus it and consider any changes that would need to be made to it.
This will be open to all stockholders review and comment.
We will also finalize the exact characteristics that will be a part of
various licenses, Co Developers, Manufacturers and OEM and get a first rough draft ready for
legal review. This is open to all stockholders and provisional Co Developers, as well.
We will be bringing up and running the two "base" test Engines,
Chinese 1.3 Liter and US 1 liter, Twins using the latest newly designed developments and parts, early in the week.
Later in the week we will work with a Radically new, Bigger Bore to stroke ratio,
engine. This third engine is based on a new fuel development that provides a much improved expansion
ration, 7 to 1 instead of 5 to 1. This advance is made possible by adding a small amount of a
Non Inert gas to the fuel mix which speeds the transition and expands faster. This discovery
means we will not need to add Hydrogen in Big Volume Engines. Our new on head Activator,
using reworked spark plugs, and Electronic Actuator Controller subsystem allows this.
You will get a sneak peek at our new Electronic Controller System components.

As Many of you know we are
performing some far reaching improvements since June
1, 2010.
To accomplish a speed up to production ready engines
we are shrank from 4 independent corporations to a single
Corporation with 4 groups, this is now complete,. We are expanding
our total employee base, adding many for our new expanded offices opening July31:
1. We have finished,
wiring, putting in New File server (6 terabyte Giga) and
intranet, will soon complete getting offices ready. We have
everyone's Cell Phone, workstation and laptop, ready to operate on
the network, internet and extranet and also have gotten
oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, Volt Ohm meters, Power supplies, hand tools,
soldering and test equipment ready in the new research and test labs of our new
Research, Design and Testing Center. It is ALL state of
the art in all ways. Our new building will house all of
our startup Electrical Engineers and Technicians, Test
Technicians, CAD/CAM Mechanical and Electronic
design center and library, firmware programmers and software
library and Physicists. Each with a fully
modern Lab facility for tests, as required by any group,
or individual, including live running tests and full simulation
testing and evaluation. The hardware and
machining group which will stay where they are.
2. we are hiring people to work in
areas like: Mechanical
Engineers, Electronic Engineers, Technicians, Test
Engineers and Firmware or Software programmers and Engineers.
The research group still needs some "Open Minded"
Nuclear, plasma, Fusion and theoretic Physicists, who will work
together, with certified college groups, to expand
technologies and publish papers for the scientific community.
The Motor group is looking for Mechanical Engineers that are
"hands on" and not afraid of 3D CAD and conversion of
this to real products.
We have CAD/CAM staffed. Needless to say, we will need a couple
good Office people as well.
All these positions are
considered "first Group", by John, and
are permanent positions eligible for stock
plus salary. These are expected to be the people the
company grows under. Must be able to think "Out of the Box
". Anyone interested in joining our team please
send a resume and current salary history. We will be paying a
moving expense to get you here to join our group and enjoy the
company of other GREAT people.
Homes here are in the $35K to $200K
typ range. Communities are safe, rural and quiet. A
comfortable drive to work without traffic jams. Rush hour is
typically when the High schools let out. Great for
kids. Small town living from 200 to 7,000 people,
great for relaxing and kids.
This expansion is so we can
meet our accelerated targets, try to make the Fall
deadline and to have this technology available and in
products shortly thereafter. We think the sooner the better for
our world. With GODs help we will make it.
Because of this "RAMP UP" Interested party responses will virtually be
at a standstill as we change from a slow caterpillar to a speedy beautiful butterfly.
We hope you understand. Once this transition is
over calling or visiting will be much easier.

GROWING EVEN MORE.
As we Grow we will need space to get things done and it is
with that in Mind that PlasmERG has found 35000 Square feet of Manufacturing and Office
space to acquire. We are in the process of planning remodeling it, purchasing machines
and hiring people for what will be our first Electronic Controller System Manufacturing Site.
Since we must supply all controllers we expect it will later
become a research and specialty controller manufacturing facility with space for people
who can create PC Board layouts from the engineers schematics, get boards made, stuff
(put on parts) them, test them and hand them back to the engineer that is doing that project.
In the near term this will handle all of the first production engines
sold through next year. We expect to have this facility online and producing by the end of August
so we will have no shortage of controllers for our licensed engines.

Here are some pix of the new
Temporary area that the Mechanical Engineering students
are using for drawing and testing components and in a few weeks
the next generation motors, if all goes well.
They have already created a parts library for
any of our Licensees that use Pro Engineering 5 and we
also just bought Auto Cad Inventor 2011 complete and are
transferring the library to it, as well. We have found that the
Auto Cad Idea is a more flexible package. We will also
be installing our BobCad programs, these are Drawing
to CNC converters for various Numeric control metal working
machines. We are completing a library for the 500 cc
Single, the 1000 cc opposed twin and the 3000 cc opposed 6
cylinder as well as the Chinese 1340 cc opposed twin.
We also used these tools to define the exact
angle needed for the converted spark plugs we now use in the
actuator and to precisely locate the In Chamber RF antenna. We
have found that the optimum RF Frequency is 138 MHz at 2.4
Watts into this for best Ionization. If the Transition coil is
modulated this frequency must change from 3 to 35 MHz, and
requires 14 W, with Engine speed. But the Internal Antenna
does not need this change.
We are getting the fine points set
now so that when the motor goes to Licensees we can predict the
operating characteristics.
They have also started learning how to Program
embedded controllers, like our Electronic Control systems, and they have already
written and debugged several programs of their own.
The hope is we can round them out to be the core general engineers for the company.

PlasmERG is happy to announce that we now
have Professionals in most areas of the company that relate to
finance and customer interface as we prepare for our licensing
launch. We have applied for several grants this last couple
weeks and we are making firm partners with College and
University labs and grad groups to further that research and
testing as we go. The web site is being "re engineered" and
soon may change form again. We have people working with
investors to insure maximum payback and "no loss". And most
importantly at least 7 people know exactly how to create and
make an engine work.
We have never asked for anyone
to provide us with "big bucks" (millions?) to
renovate old motors, or the like. We do have what we need,
for now. Not a Lot but enough. John Rohner believes that
"GOD" has finally gotten behind this technology
and will trust him.
But, we keep getting asked if
we can "speed things up"
and that of course means more people, a proper physics lab
and environment to get things accomplished, documented and
sped up.
Quite simply last year was a learning year
because of the "Provisional" nature of our patents
and the fact that we could not divulge things. This year, since
our filing last November, things are different and still
somewhat the same. We do know when we can go public and
start cranking out engines because we have a demonstration to
prove our patent coming up and once we get past that we are
free. So we need to be Private a bit longer.
Our tentative schedule now:
On June 20, 2010 We open up Co Developer
license agreements so that our patents can be filed in their
countries and their engineers can be part of our team thru the
bring up of the next generation motors. An invitation letter
will be sent to all interested on our list. If not on the list
and you wish a geographic area make sure to get us a message to
that effect. It is our hope that in pursuing training this way
we can fully train and get ready our regional Co developers and
create enough engines for them to enjoy using and
studying.
We then will start deploying
"private " on-site tests
in mid summer,
then we enroll and train Manufacturing
licensees in late summer and OEM's after that, each of which
will be given a fully operational motor for their own
use.
Finally, We announce the Engine,
ready to ship, in winter or worst case spring. This gives the
licensees time to get into production.
That is best case, if we speed up a bit by finding money
enough to get the needed people on board. We do have plans
for anyone interested in helping our cause. Call and check
to see if you fit our requirements. You MUST want to get the
motor into the world more than just make money. We
do.
Otherwise we may slip but that is life.
With GOD's help we will meet these.

Let's clear the
air. ----- We are tired of being accused
of things that simply are not
TRUE.
YES, WE HAVE A PATENT FILED.... (and
it covers the process, control, and all other
particulars). We also are preparing to file in China,
European Union and other countries. We even ask our co
developers to file in their countries. We believe that
" PATENTS" mean OWNERSHIP. We
also do this to protect our investors, licensees and employees
from bad copies and bad press.
Anyone that wishes to check on the fact that we do
should have their attorney contact our attorney. The process
will then take place and verification can happen. PlasmERG has
been "OPEN" about our Business
Plan, Patent(s) and all we can divulge now.
We have not asked for any fees, nor will we
till we are sure our licensees will be successful. Success and
world happiness is the goal.
Here at PlasmERG we believe in
Lawyers and their advise. We try and be as open as we can
within the parameters that we have set for our own use and
growth and what is best for all. We have thus taken a position
that we will not collect money from licensees until we are sure
they can be successful. We have no interest in being a Bank,
nor giving ourselves huge bonuses for failing, as
others have. Simple as that. New designs and MODERN
engines are RIGHT HERE.. Antiques are elsewhere.
No attorney representing Anyone's Group, has asked our
attorney to have our Patent attorney verify that we do have a
Patent.
Rohner Group (Bob and Tom) have but
ONE claim to anything regarding this technology. They
have NO Patent(s), copyrights or IP.
REMEMBER this statement BOB made regarding THIS TECHNOLOGY
" I WORKED WITH PAPP, SO I OWN THE TECHNOLOGY,
PATENT OR NOT", I AM GOD!!!! For all
of it's noise Rohner Group can not file and get a patent of
their own for the simple reason that they have, and are,
using old technology that belongs to Papp International,
and not them, or could be termed "prior knowledge".
They have no discoveries So the answer is
NONE!!!
PlasmERG HAS A PATENT filed!!!!! -- THEY HAVE "WE WORKED
WITH PAPP" or really Papp International
!! Anyone ever try to take the IP they learned at one
company and make your own money with it.?
UNETHICAL?
Do we expect any viable challenges? NO.
Or better put "What about Bob's threat to challenge?"
The answer to this is none we need to worry about.
Since Bob and Tom were both employees of Papp International they
can not challenge our technology as they were, and are, illicitly
involved with the passing and use of what they learned while working
for another company, NOW. This will disallow their challenges.
Considering, all Rohner Group ever says is
"WE will FIGHT" it "Forever". You can
clearly see they, like their CEI before them, want to stop this technology
from getting used and helping the world. If it's not mine
nobody can have it is their attitude. (greed!).
Please BE Assured IF IT LOOKS LIKE ROHNER GROUP
WILL DELAY US GETTING THIS process into production, PlasmERG IN
PREPARED TO do whatever it takes to get it into use.

PlasmERG's Business
Plan has been posted for over a year in front of everyone . It
has evolved based on inputs from knowledgeable people and the
Corp Board Members, now 9 people strong
. PlasmERG has gotten very good information
from many people in many sectors of the world. More
uses than John ever imagined when he started. We have, and are,
trying, to create a business plan that will make everyone
involved successful and give our world a second
chance. Success is not just
money . It is knowing that you changed the
world to a better place for your kids and a sense of Inner
peace knowing that a family that never had running water or
electricity will.
PlasmERG has invested over $300K in
research, design, infrastructure, experience and
testing. It is using NOT ONE THING from any other company.
It is developing a truly new Product. PlasmERG is NOT one, or two, people working to
get an antique old engine to run ,
but many, working together, to get their NEW
Patented Technology out and used by many in what
may be record time, if we meet our current schedule.
PlasmERG has nothing to hide from anyone that
needs to know it. PlasmERG certainly has done NOTHING illegal
nor will we. No Matter what BS.
Needless to say, outside a
courtroom, John will not be communicating with anyone from
Rohner Group . A decision John
should have made over a year ago when Bob was threatening him,
and others, with Bodily harm. BUT, John asked only for a
"warning" letter sent to his brother Bob from his attorney,
which was ignored.
